Been shopping here from August 2008 till January 2010 while living in Troutman , NC attending (NTI) NASCAR Technical Institute. This mall was home to many students of High Schoolers, Community Colleges, NTI, etc and felt like family there. I happened to be back in Iredell County after 12 years and was devastated at the state of condition it was in. Didn’t even recognize it while parking in the parking lot and couldn’t believe it’s the same mall. I know Signal Hill Mall was small mall and not much going on , but let’s not forget the family values it once had. A new shopping area has developed and hope some similar vibes of Signal may still exist. I love and miss good old Stateville and hope to return soon

Great place to think. It’s really quiet and no one is around. Everything went out of business so I find it as a stress relief place now.

An embarrassment to the city of Statesville. I give Wooten's Jewelers a lot of credit for hanging in there. They deserve better.
