I do have to say I was extremely nervous when I first walked into the office. The waiting room was crowded not a seat was left. My appointment for was for 9:00 am and I did arrive early to checking. I heard the front desk telling people there was a 2-hour plus weight. I wasn't sure if that included appointment too. At 9:20ish after more people piled into the waiting room I was ready to reschedule my appointment. However, just as I started moving towards the desk the tech came and called my name. The teach (sunshine & sea), I do have to say was outstanding. She took her time and explained the procedure to me. I was little nervous due to what others say about the procedure. But, due to her exceptional customer service and relax demeanor She made it seem like nothing. Towards the end I did ask her what got her into doing mammograms. Her response was priceless "to help save a sister's life".

Appointment was fast, the clinic is clean and service was good. Employees were courteous although I think there is room for improvement. Radiologist was knowledgeable of her job but could have taken the time to explain the steps of what she was going to do before starting. Also she need to call patients by their name and not with hand gestures when entering the room. Good experience overall but just a few things that. n get better. Thank you 😀

I had a 2:30 appointment and besides the office being completely full today I was called back quickly. I was told it would take an hour for the testing however once I was called back everything only took about 20 min. The gentleman who did my CT Scan was very informative and explained the procedure to me and made sure I understood everything. Overall I had. A great experience here at this location.

I arrived early to my appointment & was taken within 5 minutes. The woman who performed the ultrasound was extremely nice. Sadly I didn’t get her name but she was kind, patient, & she always explained what she was going to be doing. She made me feel at ease. I liked how the room was dimmed & there was background music playing. Overall, my experience was great. I had no complaints. My ultrasound was quick and easy.
