All 3 ladies there had no customer service skills or ethics. They did not speak great English and even though I politely explained my dilemma, I was constantly being cut off and the lady there made it clear that she could not help me. That place needs to be closed down or Jackson Hewitt needs to hire new employees.

Had my taxes done. Besides the lady coughing to death. She never asked me Any questions or spoke to me . I have simple taxes done. I did get $100 gift card. Been going there for 3 or 4 years. Price has increased year after year. This will be the last time I go there. Since it some how cost me $449.00 I could kick myself since it would of been free with turbo tax or ones.

Yes, Jackson Hewitt offers multiple ways to file taxes for every comfort level. In addition to in-person appointments at Jackson Hewitt offices, you also have the option for limited contact drop-off (where you drop off your documents at an office and go), file with no contact via Tax Pro From Home, or file on your own via Jackson Hewitt Online.
Jackson Hewitt offices and their staff are committed to keeping you safe. Tax Pros and other office staff are required to wear face coverings, our offices adhere to social distancing protocols, and offices are cleaned and disinfected daily. For those who wish to have minimal face-to-face contact, limited-contact drop-off filing options are available .
Yes. Jackson Hewitt offices are following all safety guidelines provided by local, state, and federal authorities, including the CDC.
If you have a MyJH account, you can log-in and view your filed tax return. If you don’t have a MyJH account, you can reach out to your local office to see if they have a copy available. If you need a copy of your return from the IRS, you can request a photocopy or a computer transcript. Photocopies and transcripts are free from the IRS. If you need an actual copy, complete IRS Form 4506 and pay a $50 fee for your filed tax return and Form W-2.
To get a copy of your Form W-2 or Form 1099, first contact your employer or financial institution. If we used your W-2 to prepare your tax return, you can log into your MyJH account and view your filed tax return including your W-2. If you don’t have a MyJH account, contact your local office to see if they have a copy of your W2 available. You can download Form 4506 at www.irs.gov to request a copy of the return you filed with the IRS.
