IMHO this place is a false representation of the psychiatric field. I would have never brought myself or any family member here if I knew what it was going to be like. False billing, strung along appointments, no diagnosis, and lies. It was like a circus, and now I’m fighting against a bill from Dr. Brandon for 4 visits where I only saw him on zoom for 40 minutes. He also told me the whole bill to get tested for ADHD was around $650. Well… it’s now over $1,200 and growing. Don’t go here.

I called to try and make an appointment, after my primary care provider recommended them and I checked my insurance website to make sure they took my insurance and the woman I talked to was really rude. She was short and told me they didn't take my insurance after I told her I found them on my insurance site. This isn't the type of staff that should be dealing with people who are already vulnerable due to their mental health issues.

I've visited the office twice. Once was for a visit with a Dr. The second (today's visit) was for testing. The Dr. I saw was very curt in his manner and seemed to listen but halfheartedly. I figured since my visit was at the end of the day that was the lack of interest in his questioning. As for today's visit it was okay just standard testing. However I have noticed that the staff has a lack of or dislike of giving through information. For instance when I was called for testing they rush through the information. even today when I asked a question about the follow up testing the person just told me call on Monday. it seems like they want to get you off the phone (if you call) quickly. They also seem to be a bet annoyed when you ask questions. I'm sorry but if you've never been through the process of dealing with a mental health facility you will ask questions hoping to make sure you are in the right place.
