Dark and forbodding, even in the daytime. People lurking. Smells bad. Lazy cleanup workers sitting around in their cars all day.

Was there only once during rush hour. Very busy around streets. Trash abundant all over. Not sure I'd feel safe after hours.

Lots of available parking but pretty sketchy. Since it's free parking all day you see alot of people sitting in their cars waiting for whatever reason. It's a place where people leave their unwanted cars as well. Yesterday I saw a person get out of their car and take a poop in the parking lot. It gets really dark here at night since it's under the freeway. I wish they had brighter LED lights as it gets really dark with the limited yellow halogen lights.
