Called to ask about adopting a dog, Renee said she could hold the dog so we could come and officially adopt her. We got to the place she told us some other guy was going to see her at 9am and he has first pick. 9:30 am rolls around the guy never showed up so we asked to adopt her and she said the dog was already sold.

We are so happy we were able to work with Renee to adopt our new family member. I have a lot of respect for Renee and the way she works. If it wasn't for her being able to recognize what would work and what wouldn't, our outcome may not have been as smooth. We went in thinking we were going to take one sweet boy home buy quickly realized we may not be the best match (he actually went home with another amazing family while we were there). Renee had a little pup in mind for us and within no time we knew this was our new baby. Duke is adjusting well and brings us so much joy and laughter. It's a lot of work to keep up with a Rotti puppy, but we are SO thankful for the instruction from Renee and her matching us up with Duke- he is so worth it. The world needs more humans like Renee and her volunteers.

Best place to adopt a rescue!!! Owner (Renee) really cares about placing the right rescue with the right person or family. She does not get all the best review's because she knows what she is doing and turns down people when they are not right. One of the Very Few rescues that actually love the animals they place. 5 stars !!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH ROTTS OF FRIENDS!!! I will never go or send anyone their way to adopt any kind of dog! Drove almost 2 hours to the rescue just to be instantly disrespected by Renee (the owner) she instantly didn’t want to give us a chance, including my parents who have rescued rottweilers for over 20yrs! She actually told me “I care about your daughter’s safety, unlike you” Um….. excuse me! I am her mother and will protect her against everything including ignorant people like you. I was so upset with how we were treated and I will NEVER be in contact with them again. Honestly I feel bad for all the dogs they rescue, because they need to be rescued from that hell!  Not worth the time, not worth the drive and they are definitely not worth the energy of trying to adopt from them. If I could give them negative stars I would!
