This place is just a lottery if you in a good part you good .but if your neighbor is bad 👎 your place call home is the worst place. To many kids playing around with not respect to your property they throw ball to your window and to your cars . Management wants the rent and that it. Also to many homeless walking around, They still your stuff. Plus is very expensive year to year.

Lived here for most my life and have seen many changes. Management has changed and they are nice and understanding, although there are some unfair aspects and policies. RENT IS TOO HIGH, NOT ENOUGH PARKING FOR RESIDENTS, and of course some common problems that come with living in shared spaces. I do believe management tries their best, although I wish office ladies could engage with residents more without preferences.

UPDATE as of Aug. 2018 I've noticed many people are seeking insight on the park so I wanted to do an update. There has been some changes I don't know if maybe management was told to make some changes in their attitudes or maybe saw my post. I have had no issues lately when approaching management they seem to be a lot more respectful and willing to help, my neighbors have said the same thing. They do still go around checking that your site is in good condition which may not necessarily be a bad thing, you want to live in a nice park. Improvements have been made to the trash situation number of trash bins have increased thru out. Parking is still blah some spots were removed in lieu of trash bins. Rules for parking are somewhat confusing because they did pass out notices not to park in "guest" areas if not risk towing. I have never seen anyone get towed for parking in those spots everyone does it, but it is always in the back of my head wondering if in the morning your car will be gone. Values for homes continue to rise slowly but do. Space rent is somewhat high depending on what you compare it to I know the majority of the people pay 1000+ and expect it to go up every year by about $20 to $50. It still remains a safe place I do see a lot of police activity but it's usually related to something to a specific home I don't know maybe violence from with in or medical issues. One thing I'd recommend maybe if buying a repo is to have your financing company and agent to negotiate a long term rent control for your spot. Continued blessings to all. *ORIGINAL POST Be aware not the best park in town. Management Misty and Christy, the most unprofessional 2 women you will deal with. Horrible customer service, any issues you may have forget trying to get them resolved through them. I've had to call the corporation directly to get things taken care of. An application can take up to 1 month if not more to get processed, a horrible thing weather you are buying or selling. If you are the type of person management feels they can mess with they WILL. Nitpicking at anything they can whether it be your plants whatever you may have outside that "bugs" them just making it an overall unhappy experience. In terms of safety I'd say that part is good. Other than your bicycles or smaller things like that getting lost, I've had no issues. Our homes here will loose significant value year after year, since RENT is increased with out any regard or care for owners on the average of $50 per year. Parking the park DOES NOT want you to use " visitor" parking pushing you to pay $40 per month if you want to park inside. I do not live close to a trash can but you would not want to I constantly see it overflowing with trash and oh the smell! In conclusion if this is all you can afford or you need this as a jump to a better place you will be better here than renting but just keep in mind the things said. Happy day to all.

The neighborhood is nice, kids can play freely. My neighbor's on both sides are good peoples. However the money grabbing corporate management can suck it! Bunch of tight asses look to raise rent by making the repairs they already to be doing. How about a dam security gate! Make you change the stones in front of your house that everyone has had for years just because they want to. They don't care about anyone here.

No, you would have to go to their rental office they should have all the information you need.
Each place comes with 2 spaces ... One in front of the other. Zillow should have some listings
