I would give my park 5 stars however, the manager is terrible. When I first bought my home here in 2017 there was a nice and knowledgeable manager by the name of Leah running the office. She always had great manners and was extremely business oriented. After she left they put a woman by the name of Gretchen in charge and let me tell you... talk about lack of respect and professionalism. I avoid the office like the plague in order to not interact with her. The park itself and neighbors are great. Parking is also a nightmare. They don't have enough to accommodate residents or guests and don't try and park anywhere besides a driveway or parking space that is labeled here, the manager allows Mr. T's towing in Upland to come through and hook your vehicles without warning. God forbid you have to move things from your home or warm up your vehicle to go to work for a minute or two. You'll have to pay $100 plus to have them drop your car (sadly, it happened to my neighbor 3 weeks ago). Currently filing complaints with the property management company in Washington state to see if some of these issues can be addressed. I'd reccomend others to do the same if any of you live here.

Fairly nice manufactured home. The one our friends is one of the newest in the community. It’s beautiful. The area seem safe to me due to the fact that a lot of kids are playing outside. The only thing I hate is there’s no parking for guests, and the fact that there is still old home in the community.

There is but it costs a literal house 100k and above. Rent here for the new people is also 1,200+ so don't waste your time here just buy a house, most people sell their home after a month after buying it. And the manager really sucks here either way. Been living here all my life and just no :/
It's depends on how long you live here, if you moved in the 2000s rent is like $800-$900. Newer residents pay 1,000+
Yes, there is what they call a footer/foundation put down before a home is placed in a lot. Homes are for sale at the Lamplighter.
You can live here, but you have to pay rent for a mobile home. You can have your RV there but it you can't live in it. You have to pay extra if you want your RV to be in their storage
