I booked a ticket of 2 for Las Vegas one morning well in advance of the trip from Los Angeles. It takes us about an hour to get to the bus stop and we planned to be there 15 minutes early to avoid any issues but as we get there, 5 minutes before the departure time, I get a text saying our trip is cancelled. Horribly disappointed in this poor service because I was going there on business and now I'm going to be a minimum of 4 hours late. All of the people on that bus were just left to stand there and figure out what to do after the cancellation. Now I have to travel to a stop 15 minutes away and wait there 3 hours before I can depart for my trip. This is highly unacceptable as they didn't even offer earlier option even after I called to raise a complaint.

I have been trying to locate my bag it has all of my important documents, wallet, keys, and ID. I still haven’t even received acknowledge. I wouldn’t ride with them at any cost! Customer service is horrible, called about 10 times before even being able to speak with someone. They told me they didn’t know anything and yelled at me. FlixBus doesn’t care about their customers!!☹️😡

Imagine you buy your ticket a day im advance and on the day of after waiting 20 min and calling their Customers Service and being told that the drive decided to skip your stop. This happens to me 5 times in a 2 month period. They do absolutely nothing to regulate their drivers. seriously this company will leave you stranded should not be trusted for long trips...

Extremely rude driver this night/morning UCLA to Berkeley. I’m with a with broken arm and ask for help twice to get my suitcase and was told this is not what he does. I ask him to open the other side of trunk so I can reach my suitcase he said he can’t do that because of traffic, bus is stopped safely and there is no traffic at 7am, a sweet lady went inside the bus and got my luggage, very POOR AND DISAPPOINTING customer service old man thinks he’s a president not a bus driver. So disappointed to be treated this rude while injured and disabled. American Flix bus drivers seem to be really mad at something haha

Yes, they have direct buses that go to Fresno. Their frequency varies depending on the season.

Having no idea what or where "this" is I can't give an answer to the question but in general I can assure you that unless you are directly across the street from the BTC (BONNEVILLE TRANSIT CNTR.) on First St. Nr. Garces the answer is "NO" because that's where the most recent downtown Flix location is for busses going to stops in SoCal. The stop has moved from where it was at the beginning of the year when fares made Flix bus worth the bother. The only other Flix stop in Vegas is on the Strip near Caesar's Palace and that one is not the downtown stop. Consider using an app to find your best option for fares because of the options available Flix has the least to offer from a customer service and reliability perspective. In L.A. 503 EAST Cesar E Chavez is the downtown pick-up location.
It's best to take public transportation to Union Station and walk down to Street level to the Flix bus. Street parking is scarce. If you find a parking lot near by its usually a day rate and out by a certain time.

Flixbus will not pick you up other their designated stops so the best is to have someone take you or public transportation.

Yes if you want to go from San Diego they stop LA union and from LA union to Las Vegas.. But while return u can grab a direct bus from Las Vegas to San Diego

Very good service leaves very punctual and the very cheap price the very clean truck even seems like a very comfortable plane trip.

You can take a Flyaway Bus for approximately $8 from Union Station to LAX.
Better check that. Not to many routes to Utah. I haven't had any luck. AZ and CA seem to be where most of there buses go more frequently.
They go to Provo, Salt Lake, St George, & Cedar City. Try going to busbuster.com and search Saratoga Springs.
The website should also allow you to input locations and check times for specific days. Major cities/areas usually have multiple spots.
The app says there is one in Santa Monica Bus will board in front of the Sightseeing Bus Stop sign at the corner of Wilshire Blvd and 3rd St, on the curbside in front of Banana Republic.

No it doesn't go to Concord Ca. But check into their website or call them @ 855~626~8585 Customer service They at times add or drop routes.
There isn't any parking for your car. Unless you leave your car at home and have someone to drop you off at the Flix bus station.
You get the better deals online, so online purchase is preferred , there is an office, but I'm also not sure?
