Awful. Just tried to deposit a check from the government signed by both me and my husband. They would not deposit it u less he was with me with his license. Crazy! I have never had this happen before. Signatures are always enough. Horrible branch.

Banking is by appointment only, there are 4 cars parked in what I am guessing are staff slots, called to try and make an appointment and out of spite I let it ring for a good 15 minutes. Go elsewhere I know a lot of branches are closing maybe it’s time to jump ship from this bank.I appreciate you taking the time to share this with us and truly apologize for your experience.
