One of the best places to play racquet ball in. It has both strength and endurance equipment, has a sauna. The only thing thst would make this place better is a pool.

This gym gets a little bit busy, but for good reasons. They have almost any machine you can think of and a few barbell racks for squats/bench presses.

I went in yesterday and one of my favorite things to do is the sauna and because of COVID it’s closed without any word on when it will be open. In the USFK all the saunas were open and cleaned everyday. Maybe it’s something that can be done on FRKS. Please consider it.

Martika McCallister

This gym is great and the same at other gyms on a military installation. Very spacious and clean. Not really fond of the hours of operations but if you don’t have a PT plan for your soldiers, this place can become one of them.
