Different location same result. Showed up 20 minutes before our 8:45 appointment and over an hour later we are STILL in the waiting room. Last time Dr Fan. If you need more time between patients I suggest you and your staff figure that out BEFORE you set appointments and then have your patients wait a ridiculous amount of time in your waiting room.

We were taking my so here 5 months old and he started wheezing and having a bad cough. Well Dr. Brockmen said it was normal for kids his age and it went on for a few weeks and we went to see her a few times shortly after and still the same reply from her. Well come to find out my some has RSV so yea "it's just normal" I don't think so. Will no longer be taking my son here.

Great experience. The physician saw me before I even had time to fill out paperwork! Best clinic I have ever been to hands down. The onsite pharmacy is extremely convenient as well.
