They love shutting down self checkout way too early and leaving customers standing around with only 2 checkers to “assist” people trying to pay. Besides that it’s normally a stocked and clean store, just when you try to pay is a challenge.

A large and fully stocked grocery store with loads of choices and services. The store offers a florist, a starbucks, a bakery, the deli and lots of pre-made meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nothing beats homemade of course, but I have found tasty and healthy ready-made meals catering to most diets. Customer service has been top notch. Produce is fresh.

This store is terrible. Made me use self checkout with 40+ items. Employees standing around up front hanging out instead of helping customers. Out of stock on most items. Early In the morning they only open two self checkout lanes and zero registers. Make everybody wait to ring up their own groceries. The Vons in SLO makes this store look terrible, same company, so there’s no excuse. Drive there, it’s worth the gas.

Associates are rude, and I'm not easily offended. Total disregard for their mission statement. On more than one occasion I was treated in a way that made me feel unwelcome to spend my money.
