Horrible waiting line. Only 2 persons at the front desk taking orders, waiting time about 1hr 30min! Security not friendly at all and had preference when helping customers. Totally unprofessional. First and last time placing order at this location. Not looking forward to come back anytime soon. Herbalife is world wide you expect the professionalism once you walk in the door.

Hello Help, all orders already made and paid are submitted to the page salescenterawc.com where your order is scheduled to be collected. It usually takes 1-3 hours to get it ready. On Saturdays we close at 3pm so if you submit the order after 12pm your order is not guaranteed to be ready that same day until the following day which would be Monday.
Hello Brenda, not sure how old your membership is but if over a year old, you will not have same discount because in order to maintain a discount you must meet annual re qualification points.
