Had an exercise bike delivered and they forgot a part. They said they would bring it the next day. They ran my mailbox over. Got out to look, got back in there truck and drove off throwing the part they forgot in my front yard. Called XPO and they offered a $50 gift card. Have not received a thing. It’s the middle of winter. The ground is frozen. I can’t install another mailbox until the ground thaws. $50 dollars would not even cover the cost of the mailbox let alone the post and labor not to mention months of having to drive to the post office to pick up my mail. Do not use this company !

Aweful! Incompetent! After 4 scheduled deliveries of an order I placed with Lowe’s, I cancelled my order. Representatives are rude and lack customer service skills. Avoid delivery by this company if you want your purchased item!
