Stopped in over the Holiday weekend, ate at The Hive, food was excellent!!! Symphony was our server, she was absolutely amazing & was so knowledgeable and on point with everything we wanted! Definitely coming back!! Ask for Symphony I promise you won’t be disappointed

(ATTN: HR / MANAGEMENT ) 😡 This negative review is entirely directed towards the poker dealer Victoria. My husband and I are regular poker players and always enjoy our time visiting casinos around the US. We happily visited Mohegan Pocono, we traveled from Long Island NY nearly two months ago and again this past weekend. Unfortunately our last two visits in the poker room were just ruined when we felt a cold energy radiating off of this poker dealer named Victoria. Last visit when we were sitting at the poker table, Victoria rudely tossed the poker chips across the table at my husband instead of handing them over and when she did this she knocked over his stack of chips. At this point we have done nothing disrespectful towards the dealer or done anything to upset this dealer in any way. Throwing the chips across the table is not proper etiquette what so ever and her negative attitude/rude demeanor ruined the experience of playing. The poker room is always fun and being friendly with the dealers and other players at the table is all apart of the gambling experience.That particular night we were turned off by this dealer Victoria very much so. Yesterday my husband and i came back to the casino nearly two months later and once AGAIN Victoria was our dealer at the table. She was awfully rude, not just the first time but the second visit as-well. Her attitude is just God awful and very unfriendly. My husband politely asked what state she is from wondering if she’s local or from the area. We wanted to know because we were thinking about moving to the area and her response was just absurd. This women is not friendly what so ever. She actually made my husband and I quit playing after she was just so rude and we ended up leaving the establishment. It is imperative that management has a serious conversation with this women about proper table etiquette and teach her that it’s important to make players feel welcomed. After all, we are the customers here spending money in the casino and supporting local business. According to other casino employees/players this women has is not very liked and has other altercations with customers. It’s clearly understood that this women deserves termination or a serious sit down with her superior's. I would recommend the establishment and say it’s a fairly nice casino, but this women should not be apart of their business since she is ruining the experience for players.

It's pretty sad now. The racing side is abandoned. The rest rooms were filthy. Floors were badly in need of cleaning and urine smell was overwhelming 😫. The drinking fountains were still turned off for some reason. Drink service was pitiful if you could even find a server. Valet service no longer offered. I don't understand what happened. Covid!? I'm sick of that being used as an excuse for everything. BTW they never paid out much at the slots but they should be ashamed of the lack of winners. I was here all day on a Tuesday and never heard anything positive from any patrons and no one was winning much of anything. Just feeding bills into machines and if you get a bonus it payed like 5.00 max

Fun and convenient casino to visit! Joe a Roulette table dealer is the bomb 🤩 he’s the absolute best to really have a good time with!! Restaurants are all delicious, but you need to make reservations. The cooking show through the Rustic Kitchen is also a blast too!! W a group or not! Highly recommend making a reservation there, it’s a show you need to experience that at least once it’s a lot of fun and wine is generously paired and served with each course!!! 😍
