Takes forever, only to get to the point where it'll tell you there's no payment methods available. Completely useless It's as if the DMV is simply trying to spread its inefficiency and frustration to your neighborhood so you don't have to wait in line to be disappointed by them, that disappointment is now available at your local grocery store.

Working kiosk in a safe location, easily accessible at the front of the store. Minus a star because DMV puts the burden of credit card transaction fees on consumer.
