Stateline Apartments are okay. Definitely okay for a first apartment, and affordable. I would suggest requesting new carpeting however, it smells moldy and has definitely been in for years. The AC/Heater we had was pretty old and dusty as well. The wood on the doors, and cabinets is old, and falls off a little bit, and the couch we had in our apartment was filled with trash and we had even found a bullet inside of it, along with one stuck in the wall. Make sure you check everything inside before signing your lease. If you move in here, you should definitely request new furniture and carpet for your comfort. Other than that, it is a decent place to live.

I will say this place is phenomenal the property manager is amazing she is always happy and has a smile on her face she tries to make you happy but she is one person I can say I’m happy to be here rent is not bad either

They way the owner talked to me was appalling. Not only was it unprofessional, it was down right disrespectful. I wasted $400 for a deposit on an apartment and was misled by the owner. I am extremely disappointed in the experience with this property's management.
