Been going to this vet for almost 10 years and never had any issues, everyone was nice, polite and friendly. But all that changed today when I had to call 3 times to follow up on a prescription my dog needed. I called 3 times and got treated very badly all 3 times! Their phone customer service is horrible, when I called the last time (because they never called me back) they told me that the medication was ready and to be pick it up but since it was late in the day to go in the morning! I asked at what time they closed and was told at 6pm but it was only 5:25 when I called and told them I was going to pick up before 6. Then the lady hung up the phone on me!! I was not being rude through out the day after calling 3 times to get what I normally get with one quick phone call. My conversation of the lady in person was not any better, she starter arguing with me that she did not hung up on me, I had to ask some questions a couple of times as she was ignoring me. This experience alone has turned me off completely to this place. I'm going to start looking for a new Vet in a place where they value my business and care about my pet. If I could give negative stars I would!!!!

Good selection of options for pet products and well stocked. Store is clean, staff is friendly. Prices are competitive. I over bought on a puppy pads and decided to return the unused/unopened products when all my puppies had been adopted. My return was easy and quick. I think it helps if you sign up for the rewards program in tracking purchases so you don’t have to save receipts.

Great Customer service! Were constantly in here for our fish, shrimp and gilli cory catfish! The Dragon Scale Betta did not like the 1 gallon tank so we switched it out for a 3 gallon hydro from topfin and he loves it! He has many different colors since changing the tank and he still switches to new colors till this day especially since switching his food and feeding him pellets, mysis he absolutely loves, and bloodworms also.

Carissa at the groomers is amazing! She always does a great job on Monster. His face is perfect shape & his body is always short and clean! He loves going and I love taking him to the groomers.
