No wonder they don’t do refunds or exchanges! The material IS TERRIBLE, and they know it is, that’s why all sales are final. Unless you’re okay with throwing money away, go for it. This faja was given to me new and first time I opened it the stitching on the butt was already out of there. Hooks all bent the first time I tried it on. And no, I’m not forcing myself into it. This is a 2x and I’m a L/XL.

Placed an order May 2nd, 2022 and received my shipping info on May 5th, when I tracked my package it said it wouldn't get delivered till Monday, May 9th. When I checked my email Sunday morning, I had a message stating that my packaged had already been delivered. I was home all day Saturday and no package was delivered. I made sure to go back to my order info to verify that my address was correct and it hadn't been delivered to a wrong address and my address infact was correct. I have tried numerous times to contact them but no one seems to get back to me. They cleary don't seem to care about their customers, only about the money they profit from.
