Refused to sell a coffee refill only charges for new cups. I get coffee 3 times daily at 711, this is bad ownership. Cashier was hostile when he wouldn't sell it as a refill and I didn't want to pay full price so it got dumped out because I have had the same cup for the last week.

This 7-11 is the worst!!! Every single time I go in here, there is either A. a long line. B. employees who don't know how to do their job and hold the line up. or C. Just plain RUDE employees. I go out of my way to stop at a different 7-11 now. This one will not get my money until they find some decent employees and new management.
