The black woman with the 1984 quick weave working the drive thru lane around 10am today needs an attitude adjustment. She doesn’t know how to talk to people and if I didn’t have an appointment I would’ve walked around that corner to slap her. On the other hand, Lisa was so kind and helpful! Hire more people like her!

Jesse Marie was awful she laughed at me when I explained it was bad customer service as I was asking if she could call customer service for a replacement of my new card. She laugh and said no I can’t do anything for you . I took pictures of her laughing as well. This is the worst customer service I seen in 30 years. I guess they will hire anyone off the streets this days prime example Jesse Marie !

went to deposit a check at the drive thru yesterday. they deposited into the wrong account. had a nice gentleman call my office this morning and tell me he had already contacted the branch. no call from the branch and still hasn't been resolved. this place is a joke.

Yesterday I went to open an account and was told more information was needed. I said "ok." It was for a payee account. I received the paperwork from Social Security and they said this could be used. I know what they said was true, because in North Carolina I was able to open a payee account. When I went back to the bank the bank rep was on the phone conducting personal business. You could hear him talking loudly. I thought this was very unprofessional. He then came out and told me the account could not be opened after reviewing the information and to wait and see if Rob would open it. He was like "we have had people come in with payee information and one was found out to have had committed fraud." I told him previously I was a payee for my daughter and had proof. I also was a Wells Fargo customer and at no time did he ask me if I was. I could tell he did not want to be bothered and I asked for my paperwork back. I will be setting up an account with another bank and moving two accounts I have with Wells Fargo to the same bank of my choosing. If you need a bank speak with family, friends, co-workers or your job to see what is offered. Do your own research as well. Another thing I noticed he enjoyed complaining with my daughter about the 3 hour wait time at Social Security. Maybe he should be waiting to get employment elsewhere as his customer service skills are very poor. The same applies to the phone representatives. Rob on the first visit handed me his card and was more than willing to assist and that is why I returned.
