Very disappointed with my first experience at the Santa Ana location. I had my putter shaft extended 1” and a new grip added. Paid $47 which is a reasonable price. However, they left glue all over the shaft (which is hard as rock) and after asking them to clean it up, they scraped off the coating leaving the blank exposed. I’m assuming moisture is going to get into the shaft and will become brittle soon. I’m not one to make a scene, but hopefully this review is enough for them to reevaluate their quality control. Just look at the pictures…. Very disappointed with arguably the number 1 golf store around.

Best facility for golfers’ dream. Can try pretty much all the clubs and trade in, shoes, clothes, hats, and all other golf related products. Plus the repair shop.

Was sold a used driver that had a break in shaft and they covered the break with the sticker price. Definitely done on purpose because you couldn't miss the break that was under price tag. To think they are willing to ruin their reputation over $200 club. Buyer beware

One of the best golf shopping experiences you can have. All new models available and a vast used club section. Their hitting bays have self teeing mats and ball tracking equipment so you can try out different models of clubs to see which ones you like best.

They are open till 7PM
You can't rent but you can buy pull carts & everything imaginable to enjoy a round of golf (clubs, balls, shoes, clothes, etc.)
You can custom build a driver with different shaft options
Layaway I believe.
Don't know, try the Ping G425 priced at 399.00
Masks required by customers and of course employees courtesy of Gov Gruesome ; hand sanitizer soap all around the store. Even when hitting in the demo bays masks required. Don't let these unnecessary inconveniences stop you shopping there.
400 to 500 , the used bags are around 180 to 220 and irons are around 200 plus 1 wood is around 80 and that's on a good day
Absolutely
I believe I saw them at $42.00 dollars. Have you gone to their Web page and looked?
They are open for in store shopping and testing clubs. I heard they were doing fittings too. I would recommend calling them. Masks required to enter.
Call and ask. I do not know. Sorry
If they don't, they'll get you one.
Yes on certain items
I agree one call does it all only sure way for sure Call
If Taylor Made is doing a fitting event the fee is either waived or they credit the fee to the cost of the clubs you purchase.
Sorry, Im not the store. Call them.
Yes
Tons and tons of club sales
If you gave them your phone number when you purchased and have an account, then no you don't need receipt. They can look it up. If you are not in system, then yes you would need your receipt.
There is no charge when clubs are purchased. It would be best to contact the golf store directly if you are interested in a fitting only.
Usually if discounts are available Roger Dunn will offer and honor.
9 am - 8 pm
yes they do. It all depends on the model of your clubs.
Call them! They are very friendly
