It's so hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but they are so awesome here! We drive up from south Corona to take our cars here because we won't go anywhere else. They always take the time to explain the issues and the pricing and they never take advantage. They're also very good about trying to get things done quickly so you don't have to be without your car. Seriously cannot recommend enough!!

So I took my bmw 5 series there for a diagnose on a water pump I had the work done there replaced the water pump and all the coolant components new hoses and new drive belts I use the car only to go out and hardly drive it so after some months the water pump goes bad again so I took it back to see if they could fix it I thought it will be simple like the first time so one day I received a call from the lady that works there as the receptionist telling me that what happen to the car before I took the car I explain what was wrong with the car so she told me that the engine was bad and to replace it was going to be 5000 dollars plus labor I was shock because I was like Woow how the heck the engine is bad so I when back Pick up the car they told me it won’t even star so I towed it back home a couple of months when by before I took it to another shop the only problem with the car was a bad battery and the water pump fail cheap parts. end up paying way less in a professional shop and my car is running till now with no issues This people will diagnose wrongly the problems on the car and will try to rip you off so make sure if you take it there to get a second look somewhere else this people are not professional and the mechanic there I don’t even think he’s certified to do work on bmw how you diagnose a bad engine and the only problem was the battery and even the tow truck guy told me not to trust this people that he had pick up cars with similar problems from that shop pathetic good luck guys and don’t let them rip you off. Lady don’t lie you guys did diagnose my car and charge me for it bad engine you said 5000 to replace it and it was only the battery I don’t have no reason to lie I m just telling my experience with your shop bad!!!!!!!
