If you’re looking for a decent undercarriage wash, as I was, don’t come here. It turned off before my truck was halfway into the wash bay. Very frustrating when my main goal was to wash off the road salt on the underbody.

I took my new car on the way home from errands for a wash. It had minor dust marks from a previous rain shower. I paid $13 for the Triple Foam w/ Teflon. The vehicle was not dry when I left. I drove home 9 miles on a clear sunny after noon with zero road debris and had hard water spots all over it when I returned home. I took pictures and had to look up the number. I never got a return call the next day. I had to call, and when I finally was connected to someone, I was told I had to shammy the vehicle off myself outside after the wash cycle was over, it's always been like that. Very rude to deal with. Was cut off every-time I tried to make a point. I was told to come back and run the car through again and then dry it in the parking lot. I chose to hand wash it on my own in the shade and park it in my garage to dry it. Yep, spots still there. up until now, I visited this place once a week, one week my spouses car. one week my car, just to knock the dust off and keep them shiny. I have been going here for years and have only owned black vehicle's. Apparently this is my fault somehow? You could do a better job with a garden hose after a long rain and park it in the sun.
