I will literally drive to Schaumburg or the Hoffman location before I EVER order from here. I ordered the 15 bogo and asked if they can be extra crispy b/c their wings are ALWAYS soggy if I don’t. And the manager said the cooks don’t have time to make them extra crispy. And he was very rude. Like what ?! 0/10

Wings were served cold. They remade them which was great. Music and TV are exceptionally loud. If your child is sensitive to noise, skip this environment.

The containers they use now are nice in a way, it allows you to see your wings when ordering pick up. However I don't love the vent holes on the back as it allows heat to escape quickly.

Excellent wings! Highly recommend the Mango Habanero and Cajun bone in wings. Alex, our server, was AWESOME! Friendly, courteous, very attentive, and he was on point with the refills. Thank you Alex!
