I came in on 05/24/22 at approximately 2pm to get a X-ray on my knees. The young lady that did the X-rays was very nice and sweet and showed concern regarding my knees. I have been to many medical facilities and I have to say that by far she was the most pleasant person I have ever met.

I went in at my scheduled appointment time and filled my paperwork out ahead of time online but I still waited an hour to be seen. The doctor was pretty nice and explain the procedure pretty thoroughly but I would rather be put under sedation to have this test done and they do not offer that service I had a thyroid biopsy done. It was very painful As I’m sure every biopsy is but I have had this done before and my experience when I had a light sedation was a lot easier to handle. So if you think you will be needing help feeling relaxed then you need to talk to your doctor before you go in for this test because you need to order something ahead of time the doctor there on site will not have anything for you just an FYI. Also they didn’t explain to me how much of a soreness I would be experiencing afterward and it was pretty scary for me it lasted more than half the day afterward and the next day I Felt a lot better overall I would not have this procedure done again.

I liked the online, ahead of appt option to fill out paperwork, so I was in the office less time. Facility was clean. I got taken care of soon, with little wait time. Something that stood out to me that I always hope for and enjoy is the staff’s efforts to try to make personal connections. The tech communicated with me and got to know me a bit, which I always appreciate. There was still professionalism with that. The tech was also thorough in asking my reason for being in, informing me of the process, and checking on my status throughout. Recommended 👍🏼

Staff very courteous and professional. Technician was thorough, explained the process and made me very comfortable. Facility is very nice and was easy to find. Appointments available in the evening for your convenience. Definitely will use this business again.
