I used the drive through because you still have to have an appointment to go inside. All but one of the people inside were wearing masks to protect me from Covid. The young lady helping me it was hanging from her ear, not protecting me. Don't get me wrong, she was great, but open your business!!! I'm all for protection from this terrible disease, but if your going to limit access to your branch, you should put forth an effort to protect those in the drive through as well.

J.W. Heartsock is a true professional at this bank but I have had nothing but trouble with other employees at this location. They ask personal and unprofessional questions when I try to cash checks and deposit checks. If you are looking for a personal and professional experience, then look elsewhere!

I have banked year for a few years now, and I’d just like to say that Dan and his team are the best. Austin, Selene, Jenny, Becca, Emily - all of them are fantastic...and Kara is a great notary and banker who is willing to help any time. Great job guys! Would definitely reccomend.

Steals your money all the time. I pay for something and the money is fully in the account but they still take a overdraft fee of 35.00 out even though the 13 dollars was in the account.

Honestly, I feel your best bet is to go sit down, or call an Agent and have them help you, because your login could be locked out for some reason. Mine was, and the only way to get into it was for me to actually speak to someone about it
