I went to them for help, I’ve been struggling mentally and every time I would need to get something done they would make me do all the leg work. I had a CT scan and the front desk told me that I had to go get the CD myself and purchase it. I was taken back… so they don’t just receive the results? I have to go get it myself and turn it in? Anyway when my psychiatrist referred me to get an EEG done for petit Mal Seizures, they didn’t approve it. But talked to me like I was going to get it. When I asked them to pull up the referral on file they told me they aren’t responsible for any of my information. I ended up asking my insurance and they had nothing on file saying my primary approved anything or received any referral… I am switching doctors as soon as possible.

i have been seen these providers for a couple of months and i have never seen the one assigned to, every time each one has a different opinion, front desk ok, except a very large heavy set woman that open the door and started yelling at me about an x rays results, at the end said to me i can not help you said bye and closed the door in my face, no one would say anything to her ! Rude Nasty and abusive to the elderly!! my advice DO NOT GO THERE they can not control their STAFF...

If there was an option to put "0" stars I would put it. It is understandable that doctors get busy from time to time. But remaining on the phone just as long as if you were calling dmv is way TOO LONG! To some it is only "COMMON SENSE" to acknowledge the person on the phone and answer the call ASAP. But I guess "Common Sense is NOT SO COMMON". As someone who has experience in customer service, "You DO NOT HAVE ANYONE WAITING FOR MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES" because without any patients the company wouldn't be in business. Not only does it upset the customer but it goes to show that the staff has no work ethic. Anyone who remains on hold for a lengthy amount of time will be VERY ANNOYED/AGITATED. Also DO NOT keep promises you cannot keep such as saying that they will call back.

Dr. Gautems staff is awful! Cathrine is very unprofessional. I was placed on medication for my blood pressure and I missed an appointment. I owed them a couple hundred bucks for some unnecessary tests. I didn't pay it right away and it went into collections. I started paying it immediately when the collection agency contacted me. I owe 200.00 dollars still and I have been making payments every 2 weeks for a few months. I called to get a refill on my much needed blood pressure medication. I tried to get an appointment to be seen so I could get my refill. They told me that they will not be booking me an appointment due to the 200.00 dollars that is still owed unless I pay that upfront. So let me get this straight... my heart is not a concern? It is okay to allow my blood pressure to destroy my heart over a measly 200.00 dollars that I am making payments on? Unbelievable! Dr Gautem you need to can that policy. Its awful! Train your staff to be more professional because they are very rude and inconsiderate! Your staff is a direct reflection of the leadership that they are shown!!!. I will not be returning to your office ever! I will also need other medication that was prescribed by this doctor. Looks like I will take my business elsewhere. BEWARE PEOPLE! His staff is also very careless and never seem to know what is going on! They never call in your prescriptions when you need them and you have to constantly remind them. They do not care about your health! I recommend that you find a different doctor! I will be notifying my insurance company of this office. If you ask me they are nothing but scam artists! Please people. Find yourself another doctor! Don't make the same mistake that I made! I am now paying a very heavy price!
