My nails were ok...I don't intend to return to this location because of the lack of respect shown towards me be the mail tech. She never spoke and only pointed when she wanted me to do something. Initially I thought it was because she didn't speak English, but as she finished my nails I heard her speak perfect English to someone.

Call early or keep calling
Yes
They only take walk in if it's a slow day or usually after 5 or 6 but I suggest you call first and make sure you make your presence known or they'll have you wait still after your appointment time. They aren't organized yet.
