Rude, unprofessional, and they hold packages from you. Took us three weeks to get a package and when I went to get our package the older lady in the front told me, “We still are running by pony express here.” Never put a yellow slip in our box, never had a good attitude or talked to me like I was an actual adult (I work seven days a week and usually twelve hours a day.) A few days later one of our friends seen our package with our name on it sitting on a shelf. I sent my boyfriend to get our package and the old hag said that she was “hiding” it from us because it was a number off from our drop box, and that we needed to get it right next time. Will definitely be reporting her to federal investigators. I don’t think that I’ve met anyone that rude in my life. I recommend just driving to Gillette, they probably won’t sort through your mail there.

Ridiculous.. absolutely horrible. The older woman that works there made everyone upset. This post office does NOT want to ship anything. Rude, unprofessional and a disgrace.

I had a package I was waiting on that was in Gillette in the morning wasn't brought down Wednesday then I and then it wasn't brought down Thursday talk about lazy and unprofessional and they also cost me $350 some years ago to with some unprofessional bad advice this post office totally sucks everyone needs to be fired and it needs to be restructured absolute joke and I've been here for 34 years!
