Horrible place. Dirty, employees were rude, and they never let you use the restroom. What kind of gas station / convenient store will not let you use the restroom. That is not convenient Go spend your money elsewhere

Zero stars if I could. The lady working there is a horribly bitter person and shouldn't being in any sort of people facing business. Such a shame companies like this have such low standards. I took my business across the street.

The lady at the counter this morning was full of attitude. When my buddy pointed it out she got upset as can be and refused to check us out. THIS IS UNREAL BEHAVIOR. 711 you need to fire the lady working the counter this morning. Older lady with glasses

This 7/11 is the closest convenience store to my apartment complex. I’ve been coming coming here on a regular basis for about the past two years. I always have had good experiences, but lately the older white lady that works a couple nights a week has been incredibly disrespectful. I came here at 11:20 this past weekend and she refused to sell me alcohol because she’s said I was “too late” even though alcohol sales end at 12. This most recent Monday (09/21 - 09/22) she closed the store down for over three hours because the systems were down. I understand having technical difficulties with your point of sales system, but when this same issue has occurred before the other cashiers would convert to cash sales to keep the flow of business going. The lady working refused to explain why she closed the business down and insulted her customers through the store window when we asked if she would be able to continue sales soon. She even threatened to call the police on me when I asked when she would be able to open the store up again. I am a regular at this location so I have become incredibly familiar with the staff. She didn’t use to be so lazy and inconsiderate towards her customer but these past 2-3 weeks she has ruined my experience as a regular customer at her location. I will continue to shop here, but if I see she is working I will drive to the 7/11 that is about a quarter of a mile down the street just so I don’t have to experience her “customer service” again.
