Horrible service. I called cause they were closer than Home Depot. 1st lady that picked up didn’t know what they had in stocked. 2nd guy had terrible English to understand and in Spanish he could hardly describe or explain the item I was looking for and stumbled on his words ALSO put me on hold FOR another call. 3rd another guy picked up, when I asked for the name again of the item, HE TOLD me that they didn’t have and then I asked him another questions and the line was quiet for a moment than hunged up. I called again and asked why, he lied and said that I said I’m done. I know it clearly did not sound no way or shape the words done. I was asking a question what other items they sold there. Horrible service

I don't recommend this place everything is so expensive especially if you get plumbing parts the guys or whoever is the owner charged triple

I wanted to support local shops so went here but they didn't have the hard metal drill bits I wanted although I did get my other supplies. I feel the outfitting needs some cleaning and updating to be comparable to other hardware stores.

Even with covid 19 the staff was safe enough to ensure our safety and also provided good customer service everyone was respectful that day. Home depot should take notes.
