We have been using Home Instead for 3+ years for our Mother's care. We couldn't ask for more compassionate people to take care of our mother. Home Instead has been amazing. We started off with just a couple hours a week and have progressively moved to 8 hours a day. They have been extremely accommodating with our ever-changing requests. We even needed to request 24/7 care for my father while I went out of town for a few days. Luckily, our normal aide was able to work these days. Not only was I at ease knowing she was there while I was away, my father was too as he knew her and had already built up a trusting relationship with her. Our Home Instead home health aide has been able to assist with bathing , medications, meals, visitors, and our 3 dogs. They help find the perfect fit for all and ensure my father’s needs are met and give me a positive outreach as well. Thank you Home Instead!!!

Hi Stephanie, thank you for your question! We don’t wear actual uniforms, but we choose our clothing, based on the needs of our clients. For example, if someone needs personal care, then scrubs are often the best choice. If we’re taking someone out shopping or to some kind of recreational event, then we may likely wear street clothing. We do supply some scrubs or tops with our logo, but for the most part, clothing is the choice of the caregivers, with some input from the clients.
