I understand things happen but, I kid you not, between my husband and I we’ve gotten calls that our appointments have been canceled and we’d have to re-schedule more than 5 times. I got canceled twice in a matter of 2 weeks! THIS is why ppl use the ER as their PCP. I can’t even get in to see mine because either the noght before or the DAY OF I get a call saying I’ll have to re-schedule. This is just unacceptable. My husband literally just got a call from scheduling asking if he can re-schedule a procedure he was going to get done in September. I don’t understand why this is happening all of a sudden…

I have had nothing but good experiences at this facey location. I have seen 3 different doctors and have had my blood drawn without any issues. The front desk is very friendly and professional as are the nurse's.

online, telephonic/zoom, and in office visits expect a 15-30 min wait time, Also to note please make sure to ask your physician if they provide the following services because THEY DO NOT - CATHOLIC ORGANIZATION - I FAILED TO DO MY OWN RESEACH. EVEN if you miscarry they are entitled to not assist you in referring you out, they will ignore your nurse and insurance advocates because it is the physician and facility Right . Please just make sure to ask your provider about the below services in case of anything - even Henry Mayo staff at the emergency room finds this staffing office ridiculous. -Family Planning: contraceptive, emergency contraceptive(plan B),sterilization, infertility treatments and abortions - THEY WILL NOT EVEN REFER YOU OUT - The front desk staff in both locations though are above par- they really tried to assist if they could. only reason they even got a star.

It always takes a month or more to get an appointment with your primary car Dr. Then you get the answer to go to the Urgent Care to be seen asap. Most time it isn't an urgent matter. I left Facey 12 years ago for this same reason and I was told that they have added a Canyon Country facility and things have improved. Sadly they have not gotten any better. RM

There is an urgent care center operated by Exer More Than Urgent Care. Exer is a partner of Facey Medical Group and you should be able to see them if you are a current Facey patient.
