Amazing service. Even better people! I was on road trip from SC to OH and ran into car trouble. Someone at a gas station recommended One Stop so I went there, and I'm so grateful that I did. Super friendly from the moment I walked in the door! They started looking at my car right away, found the problem, fixed it and had me out the door within a few hours. Since they knew I was on a roadtrip and wanted to be certain the issue was taken care of, they also took the car on a long test drive to make sure it was working properly. There were so many little touches like that along the way with my experience. Obviously when you go to a mechanic you don't know, you're always worried about getting gouged. But they were clearly prioritizing my budget and only fixing what needed to be fixed (when let's be fair, they could have really told me anything!). So even though I had an unexpected detour on a long drive, I still ended up leaving their shop in a great mood, very grateful for the awesome people who took care of me!

While relocating my mother from NY to FL We ran into car troubles. A caliper locked up and needed to be replaced along with rotar and pads. One Stop Auto treated us wonderfully and fixed the vehicle quickly and got us back on the road. Highly recommend

As always One Stop Auto has exceeded my expectations for friendly, accurate and timely repair of my vehicles. They consistently diagnosed, discussed and repaired any and all issues associated with my vehicles. I am always greated by at least one, often multiple, members of their staff. Once repairs are completed. I am consistently, and pleasantly, surprised with the price of said repairs. If you are looking for a dependable automotive shop with dedicated employees this is the place to be. Have been taking multiple vehicles to this shop for multiple years and have not one complaint or discrepancy with the mechanics or the jobs preformed.
