There were only 7 or 8 tables with customers and three groups standing in line waiting. We were told the kitchen was backed up. It’s time to start trading your staff to perform multiple tasks. We won’t be back. We went to Eat n Park, had a great breakfast, seated and served on time and for about $2 less than we usually pay at BE. I noticed they had staff multitasking and did just fine. Good luck.

Food was what to be expected at this chain restaurant. My wife and I were very disappointed in the service. Server was completely out of shape, out of breath, very hard of hearing and her attitude wasn’t what it should have been working with the public. Refills on drinks was too much to ask of her and she obviously didn’t want to be at work. Unfortunately this experience will have me avoiding this chain in the future. On the bright side, my son loved the chocolate chip hotcakes. He talked about them for days.

I tend to look around to see how clean things are. Everything at the Bob Evans Highlands seem to be very very clean. A waiter. Mark. Very polite and only made trips back when was necessary. Next time I am at the Highlands I will probably visit there again. The food was that me and my friend had was prepared very very well. Thank you Bob Evans at the Highlands.
