Jack is getting stingy on his fries. This is the second time in a row that they haven't filled the fries. I get it, they are watching costs, but come on, when I spend $2.99 on something I expect it full.

So for what ever reason this location always gives me problems. Today I go to the drive in and inform the person taking my order that " I am getting 3 orders/combos, first one is" "oh hold on you can only do 2 order if u want more your going to have to come in to the store." I then say "are you kidding me" me thinking he playing with me he was like "no". I tell him "I'm boxed in so I can't order." He said nothing. I get out of and ask thr lady behind me if she could back up because they were not going to let me order. This was not the service I normally get here. I'll take my money somewhere place. I normally don't give bad or negative comments on food establishment.

Terrible customer experience. I went here twice yesterday, and the lady in the window didn't greet, didn't say thank you or your welcome after I said thank you. She actually didn't say anything at all. Not sure if she was a robot or if she just didn't want me to come back. However, I like the food from here. I like the fat that they sell breakfast all day long, why would a restaurant decide not to?!

Risa is a good manager who knows how to provide good customer service. The other employees are kind of rudish when asking for condiments. Enjoyed the teriyaki bowl and egg roll. My husband enjoyed his 50/50 pop small box
