Overall, we really enjoyed being able to schedule and pick up via mobile at a time when the location was closed. However, we ordered an appliance hand truck, and it wasn't in the van we rented. We had to buy a $120 hand truck so we could move our appliances. If I went here again, I would call the night before to verify everything I ordered will be there.
