Drove here in June 2022. There is a large gate with No Trespassing signs and “No Lake Access” about 1/4 mile from the pin drop. The State Park entrance is elsewhere on the reservoir. Don’t go to this Camp Spot. ETA: I used Google Maps for directions from a southern approach. As I never got there, I didn't see any other way in. ETA 2: Looking at the Satellite image it looks very different from what I saw on the ground. Perhaps Google Maps gave me wonky directions?
