My all time favorite gluten free bread I love the sourdough taste and the purity of the ingredients along with their non gluten free rye bread and banana walnut bread just so incredibly yummy

I like this bread a lot. I have tried all the gluten free breads & they are all good. I buy the sandwich loaves since they are bigger & is best toasted. When not having a morning smoothie I enjoy the toasted bread with avocado & Kite Hill vegan Cream cheese or a veggie burger.

Chocolate gluten free cookies like a parody of hippie food, leaden and flavorless. Go elsewhere for chocolate treats, including flourless.

Grindstone Bakery makes the best sourdough rye bread I have ever tasted. I live in Arizona and have it shipped in every few months and have done this for a few years. It is the only bread I eat! I cut the loaves into smaller pieces, wrap them in freezer wrap and put them in the freezer until I'm ready for more. I always eat it toasted and it is delicious! Thank you Grindstone Bakery!

Questions & Answers

This really answers a lot of my issues with a detox diet I am doing.....but I shouldn't eat leavened bread. Is this leavened just like regular bread?

We do not use the fast industrial yeast based fermentation, we do a slow natural fermentation using naturally occurring lactic acid bacteria cultures specic to each kind of bread. Please visit www.grindstonebakery.com for more details.

We do authentic sourdough -no yeast- with sproted seeds but we do not use wheat, spelt instead, whole and stone ground at the bakery. Thanks
