Worst banking experience EVER.. Jose...No! Took 20 minutes to cash 2 checks. I don't bank here (will NEVER bank at WF) but I do cash checks and a few of the tellers know me on a first name basis. No reason to take that long is all I'm going to, though I could go on. No wonder they have a 2.8 rating.

I have to use the commercial lane for deposits and coin orders. Why are people "physically" standing in the drive thru lane??? This lane should be for BUSSINESS ONLY!! 5 OTHER LANES OPEN FOR OTHERS!!! I should not be waiting 30 -50 minutes with being 2nd or 3rd place in line.
