Worse first apartment experience EVER! You guys have brown water, someone tried breaking into my place twice and wasn’t nothing done about it. The maintenance people is creeps and will go into your apartment with no permission. Never can get ahold of the front office, no one never responds back to your email. I can keep going.. do not fall for they BS! Glad I’m gone tomorrow and I can’t wait to see these mfs in cancellation court, DO NOT MOVE HERE.Hi Eazle, we appreciate your honest feedback. To our defense, the brown water was a result of the city clearing their pipes. Our maintenance staff is trained to let you know in advance and then knock beforehand. If this was an issue, we take that seriously, though we never heard this from you personally until now. We will review all of this feedback and do the work on our end to improve. We're sorry you didn't enjoy your time here.

I got my car towed there while it was legally parked in the visitor parking area. Apparently, my tabs had expired without me noticing. My mistake? Yes. But, wow, it’s super shady to send someone out checking vehicles for expired tabs and then snitch to a private tow truck company. (No doubt getting a cut of the huge fee you pay to get YOUR personal private property back. I had to pay $355.) What a racket! Before you sign a lease here, consider whether these are the type of folks you want to hold power over you. Also, the friend that I was visiting says this place sucks for multiple reasons.We would like to extend our apologies for your most recent experience, and we are very sorry to hear that your vehicle was towed while parked at our Property. We have parking regulations implemented at Northtown Village Apartments and we remind our Residents of the policy and request this information to be shared with all of their guests, as we are a permit parking only property. Our towing company follows our policy and regulations with unauthorized parking here at Northtown Village Apartments. We would like the opportunity to speak with you about this situation and assist you to avoid any future occurrences regarding your vehicle.

This was about 3 years ago but it looks like I never gave it the review it deserved, was feeling salty about it today so here you go. First moved in and management gave us the wrong keys so that was the first red flag. By the time I moved out there was new management. There was a civil dispute between my roommate and I and the management decided to take his side, they changed the locks on me with 6-7 weeks still left on my lease. I asked them like.. um my roommate changed the locks what are you going to do about it? and they were like, oh no we changed the locks, we're going to need your key back. HUGE LEGAL LIABILITY but I played nice since I'd already moved most of my stuff out and was just doing a sweep through. They treated me like a criminal even though I never did anything. I signed a paper saying I agreed to giving up my key because I didn't want to have to deal with it, but you'd think the proper course of action would be to say "oh I'm so sorry heres a copy of the new key, this really isn't our business, im sorry please dont sue us" instead they asked me to sign the thing and I kind of regret not saying no and calling a lawyer.
