We've been coming here for quite awhile. Even thought the prices and variety are good, the bagels are getting less and less like bagels, and more and more like just bagel shaped bread with different toppings. They are no longer dense, nor chewy, nor crusty. For those of us who grew up eating real bagels, these are deteriorating into a major disappointment, whatever the price. I'm not sure I'll be back again. I have tried all morning to speak directly to the manager to voice my comments, but they don't answer the phone, and you can't leave a message

They gave me hard, plain bagels instead of asiago. When someone asks for not sauce on a sandwich you can't put it on and try scraping it all off. The sandwich still tasted like the sauce we didn't want. My sauce on the side poped open in the bag. I ordered a chocolate chip bagel that did not come in a paper sleeve so it got coated in roasted tomato spread. Not going here again. Like, ever.

I've lived near here for the past 7 years or so. I tried this location multiple times in year 1 and have only visited once or twice a year since. It has never improved! On any given day, the time really doesn't matter, the store will be out of the bagels you want and the staff will have no idea what to do. You will wait at least 20 minutes to get a single bagel toasted. I tried an online order thinking that would be safe but it's not, when I arrived they were out of what I ordered and I had to get a refund and leave. There is good news for you, the intrepid breakfast searcher, you can just go to Starbucks next door and they all seem to know what they're doing there. Enjoy!

I ordered a curbside order and waited for 10 minutes in my car. Since it was the breakfast hour I assume they were swamped. After 10 minutes I went inside. There were literally ZERO customers. I asked them about my order and was told if it was curbside they must have “missed that” even though there were no other customers…maybe with this quality of service that’s why they don’t have any customers.
