Head to elegant Larimer Square for shops, people-watching, and dinner. Larimer Square is the city’s oldest and most historic part of town where the first gold prospectors from the Old West era staked their claim. There’s a relaxed vibe and it’s the perfect part of town to chill into your weekend in Denver. You’ll find hip coffee bars, urban boutiques and exclusive stores, and maybe some street performers. For dinner, take your pick from a great range of chef-led restaurants or one of the many different cuisines available.

Such a cute area! We had lunch at Riojas while we were in town. The menu was a little intimidating but the servers were very nice and had suggestions. We enjoyed lamb burgers and some warm sun on the patio. The burger flavor combination was amazing, a very intricate, evolving taste. Best burger I've ever had!

We have walked through here multiple times. It is a mixture of commercial stores, local shops, restaurants, bars, street musicians and other fun things (See the poem guy in the posted pictures - donations accepted). We end up here more than not at some point during the day. Its a fun experience and starts to pick up around 600p.

Lots of coffee shops and food spots to eat from block to block. Its close to 16th Street Mall which you can ride the Charlie to for free (every 15-30mins it seems) TJMaxx, Sephora, Ross, Local Brand stores, shoe store, etc. Atomphere great for photographers or bloggers. Several stores are just reopening or closed due to the pandemic and lack of works, but the atmosphere is still worth the experience. It started to snow during my trip which made the experience that much better. I'll be back!
