It comes with a 30 day exchange(no refunds)they do offer a one year exchange for a few bucks more .personally I've bought 3 batteries, one lasted 2 years ,another atleast 1 year(sold the car), and the third 2 1/2 years still going. There are many. We the customer have to come in the yard and search inventory and pull off the parts we need. Pick and pull don't take parts for us.

They have a list of parts online at picknpull.com. You have to go there and pull the part off the vehicle and purchase it. They will charge you for each part that you get. For example if you pull a column and want the steering wheel, each component inside the column like the blinker switch and the airbag. Good luck.

They bought my old car for a whopping 41.00 but since yours is newer and is a lexus you will probably get more. I know if its older than a certain year they have a buy back program I got 1,000 for my 96 Toyota but in order to be eligible for the buy back it has to be over a certain number of years and it must be able to drive onto there lot. I had a tow truck take me almost there and drive the rest of the way. I still came out ahead 700.00 but if your car does not qualify they will come get it and pay you a little bit. They bring the paperwork to get it out of your name but you gotta ask. Call them.... either way you got some money coming at ya
