I had received confirmation from USPS online of a package delivery to my Post Office Box #. I went to the Post Office with my tracking number and confirmation. The "Postal Counter Clerk" would not look for my package because I didn't have the "Yellow Ticket" that should have been in my Box. It was not in my box because They Never Put In ! Still I had confirmation with USPS website, I kept asking for her to look for my package, finally she did and of course the package was there. She blamed me and said I was lucky it wasn't sent back because ? All the while she was more than rude. My package had the right Box number on it but they overwrote to a different number ? Why? Worst Customer Service in a very long time.

Horrible. I never had these kinds of issues when i lived in tannersville and used their post office. Our mail is always late, which is one thing, but the customer service is the real issue. They are so rude when you just ask a simple question, and this has been on more than one occasion..

Neutral rating because it's my post office but lately there are signs of a changing anti customer service climate. I visit there couple of times a week and notice customers visibly upset and verbally addressing the postmaster with issues. Not sure what management does to improve service but the inside lobby trash cans were removed due to overflowing junk mail resulting in strewn trash all over floor and lack of end of day cleaning of refuse. I called the PO to speak to PM last week and no one answered the phone; busy all day. Unacceptable. Do better mgmt!

The entire postal service needs an overhaul. With that said, the workers at the Saylorsburg P.O. are good people and always do their best to assist their customers.
