Saturday evening just before 6pm and they had 0 hot and ready available and none cooking despite multiple phone orders and a line out the door. The idiot attempting to help was more concerned about being right and arguing than doing his job.

Very disappointed with my order. I order a deep dish pizza looks like it was thrown in the box. The bread sticks are even worse. Picture below.

Ordered pizza online and it said would be ready by 6:20. It wasn't ready till closer to 7. When i went in, everyone but the cashier had no masks on and no gloves. When i got to my hotel with the pizza, i couldn't even eat it because it tasted like i was eating straight up soap. Very disappointed. I normally love little Caesars but definitely won't be going here again.

Did an online order at 5. Said it would be ready 5:27-5:32. Waited in the store until 6:05 my order was ready. When they handed it to me it tasted as it had been sitting there so I'm very confused on what I was waiting on. No apology no nothing. They were so worried about having so many hot and readys they didn't care about their online orders. The guy up front needs to work on estimating his times. They had so many workers, definitely did not seem like a short staff problem.
