My friend and I ate at Frank's Pizza in Middletown, NY . 3 times we ate different items each time the staff is wonderful. They always greet you when you come in prices are reasonable. Food is great. This has become our new favorite place to eat.

Most undercooked pizza I’ve ever received. They even forgot the pepperoni. Not the first time they’ve messed up my order either. Definitely won’t be going back.

Excellent dinner reasonably priced. The place was busy with takeout. You can be pretty certain that if all the local people are eating there it is good.

Fresh and cheesy! Love the pizza here—feels like I’m back in nyc. I called in a takeout order and when I showed up the order was wrong. They immediately and kindly corrected the mistake and remade my order within 10 minutes. Left with a supreme and cheese pie. The wife says “it’s exactly what you want when you want pizza—pizza party quality.” Coming back soon!
