The one at clinton keith asked if I was above the age for an oil change and didn’t ask for my id which I personally thought was weird because other jiffy lubes don’t ask that question for a simple oil change.

Andrea is the best! She is always there to greet me at 8am sharp with a smile on her face. She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to educate me when I don’t know a “car thing”. I don’t feel any type of tricks or manipulation when she’s telling me about these things. I get a sense that she genuinely enjoys what she does and teaching people how to take care of their vehicles. They did an oil change, filled and rotated my tires, replaced a brake light, replaced dirty radiator coolant. I’m grateful that Andrea is there to answer all my questions (even though I ask a lot). Very honest and wonderful staff.

Had a great experience with my oil change. Needed a brake fluid flushed as well. Great service nice people, and cheaper than valvoline. Thanks again for a great job! Will be back next month for transmission flush as well.

Got my oil changed here a couple months ago. Constant smell of burning oil on my 400 mile drive back home. Upon my arrival i find the oil drain plug was not even hand tight and had been leaking oil the whole time. Pretty astounding for a oil change that cost me damn near a $100. Never choosing jiffy lube again
